Candidate needs 2-3 years of Poultry, Turkey or Red Meat processing experience. Knowledge of blending, stuffing, mixing in an cook facility would be a plus. Responsibilities include the direction of the department workforce to maximize quality, production yields, productivity and the maintenance of a safe workplace.
