Position: C-Store Manager (Convenience Store/High Volume Gas Station) Location: Goldsboro, Wilson, Spring Lake, Lumberton and Rockingham, NC Starting Salary: $30-35k per year We are looking for candidates with a proven track record and solid experience in retail management. Organizational skills a must, combined with the ability to produce results through managing and motivating people. A working knowledge of budgets and profit and loss statements is required. Ability to increase sales and profits through the implementation of company marketing plans, ordering guides, plan-o-grams and inventory control a must. Position requires solid human resource skills including aggressive recruiting techniques and the ability to train personnel to maximize their performance. General computer skills are also required. C-Store Experience or Grocery Store experience is Required. Honesty and integrity, fast thinking, hands on person that is looking for a chance to advance in a good working environment.
